About Me

I am Angela Nummy, the owner of NE Tax &. I started my business I believe in helping people in their personal & work lives by keeping them focused on what is most important to them, running their business & spending time with family. I am especially passionate about working with freelancers, entrepreneurs and small businesses. I want to teach you as much as you want to know and help you with the rest.

I graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, MA with a BA in Business, Accounting. I have worked in public accountancy where I realized that large firms lacked a personal touch. I decided to focus on small businesses knowing my education and experience was most valuable to them. In doing this work I have realized my own passion to teach and coach small business up, finding pride and satisfaction in their successes.

In 2019 I completed the IRS Special Examination test series to become enrolled to practice before the IRS. As an Enrolled Agent I can respond to letters demanding additional taxes, represent you in an audit, or negotiate unpayable tax bills.

My expertise lies in understanding how to navigate complex tax systems, and keep your businesses financial records in order. My passion is in helping you improve your life by teaching you to understand your personal & business finances and relieve the burden of recording and reporting that information.
